Excellent guesthouse.
Very good guesthouse. We were welcomed by Rejane, who made us very welcome. Everything is good at this inn. The chalet was very clean and the room was super cozy. Breakfast very good and prepared with great care.

Bad place and service
It's unfortunate that such a beautiful place is so neglected, poorly maintained and especially with management so arrogant and uninterested in the customer's well-being.
Completely moldy room, walls, headboard and curtains, pure mold. We immediately turned things on to see if everything would work, because the appearance was already terrible, and to our surprise, when we turned on the hot tub, the water had a very strong smell of sewage, a rotten smell invaded the room and We decided not to stay at the inn, we called reception and they confirmed the bad smell. We asked for the money back and they asked us to wait until Monday for the refund, I refused to leave without the money, besides the cost was not low at all, we drove for hours and even had to go somewhere else in a hurry so as not to miss our trip, with At great cost we were transferred to the owner Nely, extremely opportunistic and disrespectful, she said that the inn's policy was not to return the money and that we would have until 10/03 to use the reservation. I informed her that we are aware of the consumer code and that there was no possibility of leaving without the amount paid, and in a third attempt to take advantage, she said that she would make a proportion of the amount and that a daily rate would be charged, and we only entered and left. of the room, as there are no logical conditions for any human being to stay in that environment. Desperdício de um belo lugar!
Um verdadeiro desperdício, um Loft incrível, lindo, super agradável, com uma péssima administração !! Cheguei no horário combinado de checkin as 14:00 e um casal estava saindo do loft, me disseram que iria atrasar 1 hora o checkin, minha estadia seria muito curta devido a ter que ir embora as 05:00 da manhã no outro dia, foi encurtada mais ainda.
Tudo bem, erros acontecem, mas pra piorar, não deram um centavo sequer de desconto.
O chuveiro do loft tinha pouquissima pressão na agua quente, disseram que era normal, PIOR chuveiro que já vi em um hotel , inaceitavel pelo valor !!

Pousada simpática, porém descuidada
Uma pousada bem localizada, no alto da Serra. Asfalto até a porta. Uma construção rústica mas bem descuidada. Quartos com um mofo só, portas quebradas, móveis estragados, roupas de cama velhas e não me pareciam limpinhas. Quartos sujos e muita formiga do Mato. Funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã bom. Precisa da presença do dono p cobrar faxina, higiene e manutenção. O mofo do quarto é uma questão perigosa p os alérgicos.
