Bad area overall, lots of drug addicts and more felons and pedaphiles than anywhere in America

Redding seems like a nice city to live in if you're a small town fan. Great place to stop on long I-5 trips.

I used to stop in Redding for lunch when I'd have to drive in from the coast to connect with I-5. "Redding" has always meant food and bathrooms for me, but in a good way.

Not a big city, like I love, but if you aren't quite "city" but also not suburban, this would be a nice place to go. Also, turtle bay is very cool! :)
