The Sawtooth mountains soar nearby and are a wonderful day trip. Idaho City, an old mining town, has a wonderful hot springs to soak my cares away.

During the summer Boise weather is fantastic. They have great restaurants, and many family oriented activities. The downtown night life is great. Some of the summer activities include Beer Fest, Music Fest, Floating the Boise river from Barber Park to Downtown.
Good time in the park. Very crowded and a long wait before the show started. Once the show started we had a great time looking at all the different balloons. It was a little disappointing that none of the balloons left ground.
