Great location for black history. The South side of town is very eccentric, but interesting. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping off of highway 280.

Birmingham is full of civil rights era history. Quaint town with lots of greenery and football pride!

We found at least one good restaurant and Sloss Furnaces and both made the city pretty interesting, its history is possibly my favorite part.
