Having traveled all through Spain, I have to say that the region of Galicia is my absolute favorite! Vigo is the largest port city and the gateway to visit Cies Island. The great thing about this city is that the people were wonderful, the food is considered the 'Best' in all of Spain, and the beaches remind me of Nice, without the crowds or expense. Traditional, cosmopolitan and scenery very different from other places in Spain make this a destination that must be seen!
Unbeatable comfort, incredible nature, good weather and many places to see. Highly recommended
Mandatory to go through the beaches of Vigo, if you're around already know.
