A laid back atmosphere with lots of parks and gardens to roam at. I chose Omsk as a stopover to break my train journey up so that I don't need to spend 72 hours on the train, instead 40 hours from Omsk to Moscow. The city is beautiful to explore with many new cafes and restaurants popping up. Walk around the city and admire structures like the Fine Arts Museum, Tobolsk Gate and the Slacker Workman Statue. Pop into Coffee & Rooms cafe for a nice lunch and superb coffee!
