This sleepy little town is the gateway to the Bazaruto Archipelago. The airport is newly built and very nice. The beaches here aren't as nice as what you will find elsewhere but this is a good place to transit or spend a day or two making arrangements.
great stay good fishing and go charter to archipelago islands and Bassas Da India
Travelled here while in the Peace Corps with a group of volunteers - some of the most beautiful white sand beaches I have ever seen. Gorgeous lobster, fabulous fish, lovely people - a hauntingly beautiful place.
