Labuan Bajo is your starting base for your adventures around the islands in Komodo National Park and Flores Island. It’s a small town full of tour operators, small eateries and all levels of accommodation.
Labuan Bajo is little fisherman town on the end of Flores. Its the spot where you can organize your trip to Komodo. Though this place become touristy and lost the natural atmosphere, at least the main street, which is full of shops and travel agencies.
Small little town, wonderful diving around komodo islands... Nice food especially at Atlantis, on the beach in gorontalo... Free shuttle bus, free wifi, free usage of swimming pool and free amazing sunset while tasting amazing spanish tapas and fresh seafood
Labuan Bajo is a small city in the remote Indonesian island of Flores but surprisingly has more to offer than one would think. Incredible diving opportunities and close proximity to Komodo and Rinca island are what people come here for, but what surprised me was the quality of the food. Not just the Indonesian food, but the Italian food! The people are also incredibly friendly. Apart from that, there isn't too much more to see or do.
