Beautiful city 2 hours from Paris by train. University town, lots of old and new structures. Nice small metro system. Saturday flower market is awesome. It is the capitol of Brittany. Great city to walk around in and eat crepes!

What a cool city! Off the beaten track... and can't compare to Paris. Or Lyon. Or Marseilles. Or Strasbourg. But if you do come here, you will be pleasantly surprised. 2000 year old Roman ruins, hundreds year old architecture, and modern advances added within the past few years. Annual film festival, fete de la music, and a Breton culture that is world class. Yes.
