Yangzhou is famous of its 'Yangzhou Fried Rice'. The fried rice is very special and delicious I have ever ate. My countries also have many restaurant sell this type of fried rice, but I like Yangzhou's Fried Rice. Really missed it and hope to taste it again.

A really very beautiful city with a history of 2500 years:) It also has a lot of delicious food and the most famous one is Yang Zhou Fried Rice. It's a very nice place to spend holidays there:)
