Had an awesome time, spent 10 days here shopping at Huaqiang Bei electronics market, and the markets of Dongmen. Come ready to haggle, and at least counteroffer 80% less as a starting price! Have fun

China's one of the most advanced cities. Public bus and metro have both English and Chinese instruction. So no problem for foreigners. Best city for shopping.

Shenzhen is a major city in the south of Southern of China Guangdong Province, situated immediately north of Hong Kong. The area became China's first and one of the most successful Special Econmic Zones. Once it is only a small village, most of the people here are fisherman.
