Chengde HolidaysChina
Chengde sits 250 km northeast of Beijing on the west bank of the Wulie River. The Yushan mountain range surrounds the city, making it a relatively quiet place. Ancient buildings juxtapose the growing vegetables in the nearby fields. Chengde was once the vast summer residence for the Qing emperors.

The weather is cool and easy.During Ming Dynasty and Ching dynasty, the Emperor will came here to have vacation and to avoid the hot summer in Beijing. Here has an ancient Palace still kept very good.
