Windsor is the auto-capitol of Canada and rich in the arts and culture. It's extremely low in crime rate and has some beautiful tourists areas, i.e. the Riverfront and Walkerville area. A great city that isn't too bustling.
Amazing city. Lots to see and do. People are very friendly. Price is reasonable. Transportation is adequete. Not allot of traffic so it is easy to get around.
Can't really think of too many positive things about Windsor. Unless you're under 21, it probably won't appeal to you.
