Make sure to visit Oistins on friday night, it's a bit of a tourist trap, but it has good food, music and lots of dancing.

Car hire is a must. The island has the most stunning coastline. Oistons fish Friday is excellent too.

This is an interesting town to walk around and see the locals and the sights. We found it walkable from the port and enjoyed seeing the street markets. Lots of jewelry stores and taxi hustlers.
