The capital city of Utah might be famous for its Mormon connection, but there’s far more to Salt Lake City than the Church of Latter Day Saints. Less than half of the city’s residents are members of the church, and plenty of people from all cultural backgrounds call Salt Lake City home. As a result there’s a fantastic dining scene, a great bohemian attitude, and plenty of wonderful outdoor activities right outside the city limits. Skiing, hiking, mountain biking and the general pursuit of adventure lead hundreds of people each year to head to Salt Lake City.
