Skyscanner appoints Rob Miller as Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary and Jo McClintock as Global Brand Director
We’re welcoming two new senior leaders to Skyscanner this week.
Rob Miller, formerly Chief Legal Officer at Deliveroo, joins as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. He will be responsible for managing Skyscanner’s global legal, regulatory and public affairs function and providing strategic counsel to the leadership team on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues. Rob has held a number of senior legal positions at companies including eBay, Skype, King and Improbable.
Commenting on Rob’s appointment, Bryan Dove Skyscanner’s CEO said, “Rob’s experience of working with fast-growing companies as they evolve will help us to create amazing experiences that offer unique value for travellers. We’re excited to have him on board and I’m confident he will play a pivotal role in helping to shape Skyscanner’s future.”

Jo McClintock, formerly Brand Director at Moonpig, also joins us as our new Global Brand Director. Jo will be responsible for developing, growing and scaling the Skyscanner brand to inspire travellers worldwide. Her responsibilities will also include building and leading teams across key brand capabilities such as operations, partnerships, PR and social media.
Jo will report into Skyscanner CMO, Joanna Lord who said, “It’s a hugely exciting time for Skyscanner as we look to evolve the brand following an exceptional period of growth. Jo’s experience of delivering brand transformation is exactly what we were after and I’m confident in her abilities to help us take Skyscanner on the next stage of its brand journey.”
Jo comments, “As an avid user of Skyscanner myself I can’t wait to get started. The brand is in a unique position, with a large, established user base and widespread recognition worldwide. I’m looking forward to taking this to the next level by helping to create a brand idea and campaigns that connect with travellers in a deep and personal way.”
