It takes about an hour and forty minutes to drive to Cumana from the airport. The large shopping malls have their own car parks, and there are some off-street lots near the beach and in the city centre. There are lots of on-street parking spaces although it’s important to make sure you’re leaving your car somewhere safe. If you’re staying overnight your best bet is to look for hotels with private car parks.
