Book 30 days in advance
We crunched all of the flight price data we could find across the net and found that flight fares tend to be at their lowest 30-60 days in advance of take off. After this period, they'll start to creep up.
Take the indirect route
Often for longer journeys, it works out cheaper if you book a trip that has a change somewhere. You could save hundreds, and get to explore a new destination along the way for a few hours, or even a day or two.
Throw the dice – leave it to the last-minute
If you do need a very last-minute flight, don't give up! Keep checking back on fares – they could suddenly drop in the days before the flight departs.
