How to Check In
Beat the crowds and check-in from the airport kiosks 24 hours prior and up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. You'll need the details of your travel itinerary to check-in. You can check-in online 7 days prior to and up to 45 minutes before your scheduled flight. Baggage Drop counters are available at all airports. They open two hours and closes forty five minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

On Board Air Asia
Even though it flies long-haul, Air Asia is still a budget carrier and meals have to be purchased on board but you can pre-order meals online before you fly. Duty frees are also available to buy on board. In-flight entertainment is provided free of charge in the form of in-flight movies, TV programmes and music.
