The airline will use larger aircraft on routes between Germany and UK airports at Birmingham, Southampton and Manchester.
A strike by the Lufthansa Ground and Cabin Crew began on July 28th and is expected to last for up to two weeks, which could impact on passenger services.
Mike Rutter, the airline's chief commercial officer, said: "Flybe is stepping in with extra capacity to make sure travellers don't get caught up in the Lufthansa strike.
"With our great value fares and user-friendly timetable between the UK and Germany, no-one need miss out on that important trip, whether it's business or leisure."
The company currently operates flights to Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hannover, Hamburg and Stuttgart from UK airports.
Flybe recently became the first ever low cost airline franchise, having signed an agreement with Loganair which will allow it to expand its services further in the future.
