Over two-thirds (67%) of travellers say they’d be more likely to fly with Ryanair following a number of customer service policy changes introduced this week, according to our latest survey.
Of the changes made by Ryanair this week, the 1,000 people polled most welcomed the relaxation on rules to carry on board a small extra hand bag for free (35cm x 20cm x 20cm).
The survey also discovered that across all budget airlines, many travellers have faced additional fees at the airport. Almost a third (32%) have had to pay extra for their cabin baggage because it wasn’t the right size and 37% had to check in their cabin baggage because it was too big to accompany them on the plane.
However, not all passengers are convinced by the changes with 29% adamant that the changes don’t go far enough.
