The carrier will offer passengers three weekly flights to Austria from the London airport as part of its winter schedule.
Flights to Salzburg start on December 13th and take the number of winter services offered by easyJet at Gatwick up to 50.
"Salzburg is yet another exciting destination to add to easyJet's Gatwick network," David Osborne, general commercial manager of easyJet's UK operations, said.
"We expect Salzburg to be popular with passengers seeking both a city break away or a great ski destination for those looking to hit the slopes this winter."
As well as the new service to Salzburg, easyJet will offer cheap flights to Geneva, Innsbruck, Lyon and Sofia this winter to cater to the growing demand from passengers heading on ski holidays.
Elsewhere in its winter schedule, easyJet will add flights to Morocco from Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport in October.
