Our fast growing news site is expanding into other countries and we are looking for people with a keen interest in travel journalism and the media to help us build our online readership.

Excellent writing and research skills essential, and must be a native language speaker with a good knowledge of your home country's media and, of course, a love of travel!

Key Activities:

• Writing articles with an emphasis on newsworthy items
• Article translation and proof reading
• Monitoring Google for mention of Skyscanner and producing a regular précis of coverage
• Monitoring local events in your home country and providing insights into areas of travel interest
• Monitoring travel press for topical issues that could be the basis for Skyscanner comment
• Providing ideas for additional travel features that could be of interest for tourists

About You

• You must have a lively, engaging writing style
• Ideally you will have a keen and specific interest in travel and tourism
• You have excellent English translation skills
• You are able to provide a flexible and efficient service on request
