Easyjet passenger also pees on terminal as bizarre incident at Manchester Airport captured on video.
A passenger arriving at Manchester Airport got more than he bargained for when he challenged a pilot to a fight recently. The passenger, a heavily-built 52 year-old man sporting a tattoos and an absence of hair, arrived at Manchester Airport on an easyJet flight from Malta shortly before 10am on 26 September.
What happened next was one of the most bizarre incidents witnessed at a British airport in recent years. Upon alighting on the Manchester tarmac, the man proceeded to remove his clothing, while inviting the plane's captain to engage him in fisticuffs. When he removes his black underpants, his female companion slaps in the face. The man puts his clothes back on, sparing onlookers further discomfort, but is also reported to have urinated against the Terminal One building.
According to eye-witnesses on the easyJet flight, trouble flared when the man became unruly, using bad language against fellow passengers and also to the captain who left the cockpit to try to calm him down. The offender moved off towards the baggage reclaim area, but police intervened. However, when he refused to go quietly, cops stunned him with a 'dry' Taser - apparently a method where the gun is 'held against the target to cause shock and pain'. The man, who remains unnamed by authorities but according to Greater Manchester Police, spoke with a Manchester accent. He was arrested on a charge of being drunk and disorderly and was given a fixed penalty notice.
