Your core responsibilities will include:
- 1st & 2nd line support to all users of the supported strategic systems, work with local super users, main IT Services Team, external support providers to resolve issues.
- Act as an initial point of contact for all matters relating to system, for both internal & external parties
- System administration service for the supported strategic systems, including regular health checks & housekeeping tasks, user account administration, rollout of software, maintenance & distribution of user support material and training, issue system related communications, system backup overview/monitoring to ensure backups are robust.
- Basic system changes and enhancements capability in relation to the strategic systems. This could involve to act as a central collation point for system change requests, working with local super users & system owners to agree priorities and which can be completed by C3S (vs which require a separately resourced project/initiative) as well as completing minor system changes/ enhancements as support duties allow.
