Our flexibility
Remember when you were a moody teenager and your mum told you to act your age? Didn’t it really bug you? Well, at Skyscanner we are all grown-ups… There’s no clocking in, there’s no bell at the end of the day. We are accountable for our own performance and deliver our responsibilities to a high standard. Whether we’re working remotely or in the office, coming in early to liaise with our colleagues in different time zones or working hours to fit around our family, it’s up to us to manage our time and our responsibilities in the most practical way possible. Although we do sometimes find that getting our staff to stop playing table tennis and go home is a challenge! And ok, we admit, sometimes we don’t act our age but who can resist a bit of Kylie after a few Pinot Grigios?
