 Getting to & from the Airport

Driving hide 

Just 15 minutes from the city centre, Inverness Airport is an easy drive along the A96. Once there you can drop off passengers at the drop off point just outside the terminal building or, if you prefer, you can use the long or short stay car parks just a short walk away.

Trains hide 

Inverness Train Station is just a 15 minute taxi ride from Inverness Airport and onward links to Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Highlands are available from the train station. The bus leaves from Academy Street, just by Inverness Train Station.

Buses hide 

A half hourly bus service operates between Inverness city centre and Inverness Airport with hourly buses to Nairn, Forres and Elgin. Stagecoach has a Jet Bus service direct to Inverness airport.
